The plan is $249/year (pay once, best value) or $29.99/month with a 12-month commitment ($359.88/year). The annual option saves you $110.88. Both options include identical coverage.
What does each tune-up visit include?
The spring visit inspects and tunes your AC system — checking refrigerant levels, cleaning coils, testing electrical components, and replacing your filter. The fall visit prepares your heating system for winter — inspecting the heat exchanger, testing ignition, checking safety controls, and replacing your filter.
Are filters really included at no charge?
Yes — standard filters up to 1 inch thickness are included at both visits. If your system uses specialty or thicker filters, those are available at a small additional cost. We'll let you know at the time of your visit.
Can I sign up mid-year?
Yes. You can enroll any time. We'll schedule your first tune-up visit at whatever season is next — spring for AC or fall for heating — and your plan renews 12 months from your enrollment date.
Does the plan cover multiple systems?
